VITAE has a strong poor students’ sponsorship program that is operated through local colleges. The college management identifies these students and provides the necessary information for VITAE to act in service.

The academic performance of these students is monitored regularly. Fees range from 200 to 500 USD per semester depending on the course of study.

VITAE sponsors students’ education at four prestigious institutions in Coimbatore namely Bishop Appasamy College of Arts & Science, Hindusthan College of Arts & Science, Nirmala College for Women, and Avinashilingam University for Women.

The sponsored students are put through a personal development series ,once in a quarter, to enhance the personal development of the sponsored students to equip them with values, confidence and courage to face life’s challenges and to become better humans.The personal development series covers aspects like developing competence, managing emotions, achieving autonomy and interdependence, developing mature interpersonal relationships, establishing identity, developing purpose, and developing integrity through various teaching methods and modules.
